The Colliers Dallas Capital Investment Advisory Services Team of Creighton Stark and Chris Boyd has successfully completed the sale of Emerald Plaza, an iconic office property located in the center of the in-demand Addison office submarket.

The building, consisting of 74,182 square feet of premium office space located directly on the Dallas North Tollway at Beltline, was constructed in 1985 and given a complete renovation in 2010. The seller, TriGate Capital, have been active in the Addison office submarket and looked to identify a buyer who could ensure that the building, with low vacancy rates and rising leasing rates, would continue to perform comparably to other notable office properties in the surrounding area.

Representing TriGate Capital, Stark and Boyd were able to quickly identify qualified buyers for the property and present their offers to the client. The buyer, Grander Capital Partners, submitted the winning offer and the transaction was finalized on July 19. The buyer represented themselves in the transaction.
