The Colliers International Capital Investment Advisory Services Team of Creighton Stark and Chris Boyd has finalized the sale of The Landmark, a 158,650 square foot office property located in the Quorum micro market in Addison, on behalf of their client, TriGate Capital.

Built in 1985 and completely renovated in 2010, the building’s proximity to the live, work and play attractions of Addison along with easy access to the Dallas North Tollway and Interstate 635 resulted in robust and immediate interest from potential buyers. The Quorum office micro market in which the building lies has become a prime location for companies looking to relocate closer to the Dallas North Tollway.

Libitzky Property Company and Sunwest Real Estate Group, who represented themselves in the transaction, purchased the property and plan to ensure the continued leasing success of the building as the Addison office submarket continues to experience record success in achieved lease rates.
