Texas investor, Skywalker Property Partners, has finalized the sale of their 1301 South Bowen property in Arlington to Duncan Holdings. The property, also known as the Chase Bank Center, lies on S. Bowen Road between I-20 and I-30 in Arlington, Texas. The building consists of over 110,000 square feet of Class B office space, inclusive of strong long term tenancy in over half the building.
The Colliers International Capital Investments Advisory Group, consisting of Creighton Stark and Chris Boyd, were selected to represent the seller in the transaction. The buyer was represented by Geoff Shelton and Matt Carthey of Holt Lunsford.
The building was originally constructed in 1983 and is surrounded by local and national retail and restaurants, as well as being accessible to major DFW highways and local thoroughfares.
Stark and Boyd also recently completed the sale of The Landmark and Emerald Plaza office properties in the Addison submarket.
