Westmount Realty Capital, LLC is pleased to announce that commercial real estate executive Michael Anderson has joined the company as Senior Director-Acquisitions.He will play an integral role in identifying new multifamily acquisition opportunities.

Anderson has more than 10 years of experience in commercial real estate with a focus on the multifamily sector. Prior to joining Westmount, he was a senior director and founding member of Vanguard Real Estate Advisors in Dallas, Texas, where he contributed to the marketing and sales of more than $360M in assets. Anderson was previously with Rockwood Real Estate Advisors as an Associate Vice President in the Dallas office, where over the course of 20 months he was instrumental in the execution of 38 transactions totaling $442M.Before joining Rockwood, Anderson was with the Dallas office of Institutional Property Advisors.

Anderson graduated from Texas A&M University with a Master of Science in Land Economics and Real Estate and holds a BBA from Harding University.He is a member of The Real Estate Council and is a Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker.
