Premium Uptown Dining Lounge Adds to an Already Extensive Menu with New European-Sourced Items

Sablon Chocolate Lounge, Dallas’ first and only premium dining lounge offering couverture chocolate dishes, drinks and savory bites, today announced the introduction of cheese fondue and “frappistas” to its already extensive menu. In a town where Tex-Mex and barbeque dominate the menus of most eateries, Sablon Chocolate Lounge has created an entirely new niche by offering a variety of eats using the highest quality couverture chocolate sourced from Belgium and Italy. The Lounge’s new menu additions maintain a tradition of satisfying guests’s every craving with both savory and sweet selections.

Created by Owner and Founder Sudhir Shah, the cheese fonduesare introduced just in time for Fall. Bursting with flavor in every bite, each fondue starts with artisanal cheeses and fresh herbs. The Almond & Cheese Fondue features aged cheddar and swiss cheeses, melted with hints of crisp almonds and garlic. The Zesty Fiesta Fondue includes melted mozzarella cheese with a tangy tomato salsa. For vegetable lovers, the Broccoli Fondue melts aged cheddar cheese with pieces of fresh broccoli florets and spices. Other fondue offerings include Spinach & Cheese Fondue, Pesto Fondue, Original Cheese Fondue and Pizza & Dips Fondue. Fondues are served with a choice of four dippers, including grilled chicken, roasted vegetables, herbed potatoes, fresh baked bread and more.

In addition to the cheese fondues, Sablon Chocolate Lounge also introduces “Frappistas” to its beverage menu. A spin on its already popular Belgian Frappes, preparedwith the trademark couverture chocolate ingredients, Frappistas are an indulgent, cool treat made up of Sablon’ssignature coffee blend, milk and ice, and blended with decadent additions. The Hazelnut Frappe is blended with Nutella hazelnut spread and topped with a glazed, cake donut. Other flavors include Frosted Black Coffee, Crunchy Coffee Frappe, Honey Crunch Frappe and Minty Cookie Frappe.
