Another new face will represent C1S at construction sites across the country as the company has hired James Rusheon. He will serve as a superintendent, overseeing several projects for the firm’s construction team while being a part of C1S’s Mentor Project.

“In a superintendent, you need a person that can handle it all,” said Aaron Liles, director of construction for C1S. “James is someone who has experience with budgeting, planning, and getting the job done right. We are excited to have him on our team.”

Rusheon has ten years of experience, spanning both the industrial and mechanical industries. He began his career repairing boiler systems for Page Boiler Works in Dallas before becoming a welder and lead man for Polk Mechanical. Most recently, he worked as an industrial project superintendent for Dyna Ten Corporation. There, he worked on a number of projects from data centers to health care facilities.

Critical to his position as a superintendent, Rusheon has completed his OSHA 30 Hour Construction Training and OSHA Confined Space Training. He is also an ASME certified pipe fitter and welder.

“C1S offers me the opportunity to work on major projects with some of the biggest companies in the world,” said Rusheon. “I look forward to working at a place where hard work is expected and generously rewarded.”

Rusheon is the latest of six new team members C1S has added in 2016. President Matt Strong estimates the company will add four more employees by the end of the year.
