
Spirit Realty Capital recently moved their Scottsdale-based headquarters to the district of HARWOOD in Dallas and celebrated with a ribbon cutting ceremony. Harwood International signed 30,620 RSF square feet at HARWOOD No. 3 located at 2727 N. Harwood. Jihane A. Boury, vice president and director of leasing for Harwood International, negotiated the lease with Peery Wood, Chris Sido, and Brad Anderson of CBRE.
