Solender/Hall, a leading broker in commercial real estate for nonprofit organizations, has helped TexProtects, the Texas Association for the Protection of Children, find new space. TexProtects has signed a lease in Mockingbird Towers located at 1341 W. Mockingbird Lane, Dallas, TX 75247, for 2,775 square feet. The property is owned by Caddo Mockingbird LP, represented by Dustin Schilling, Managing Partner. J. Dale Ray, II with Avison Young represented the owners.

According to Madeline McClure, founder and CEO of TexProtects, “As TexProtects has grown in size and prominence in the statewide fight against child abuse and neglect, so have our office needs. This new space in Mockingbird Towers will allow us to spread our wings and more effectively carry out our mission. As we add CPS researchers and child abuse prevention policy analysts, Mockingbird Towers will accommodate our growth.”

According to Eliza Solender of Solender/Hall, “Protecting children from harm should be the goal of all of us. I’m pleased that I found them this centrally located property to help TexProtects focus on its mission of preventing child abuse through research, advocacy and education.”

J. Dale Ray, II, principal of Avison Young, said, “We are thrilled for TexProtect’s choice to join us at the newly renovated Mockingbird Towers, so that they can continue advocating for the neediest in our community.”
