
Ryan Senter
Riveron Consulting,a financial consulting firm that helps clients maximize the value of both strategic and financial transactions throughout the business transaction life cycle, including acquisition, integration, operations and divestiture, is pleased to announce Ryan Senter has joined the firm as managing director and the national business advisory practice lead.
“We are extremely pleased to have Ryan join our team,” said Riveron COO Chaitan Fahnestock. “He will help us develop and improve our business advisory offerings, better serve our clients, and enhance Riveron’s brand as advisors and problem solvers.”
As managing director, Senter is responsible for leading the business advisory strategy, developing and deploying the team, and serving as an expert to Riveron’s clients. He will also serve as a member of the executive staff where he will provide counsel and define broader strategies for Riveron Consulting. Senter will primarily work out of the company’s Dallas office.
Senter has over 20 years of experience in financial and operational consulting leadership roles delivering finance process improvement, finance organization transformation, human capital management solutions, supply chain operations, cost management strategies and merger integration. He also has significant experience designing and implementing shared service center operations in highly complex, global instances, working with Fortune 500 organizations to transform back-office functions. Senter’s industry experience spans energy, travel/transportation, healthcare, financial services, consumer goods and services, manufacturing, and private equity services. Prior to joining Riveron, he served as the managing director of business performance improvement at Protiviti, and a managing director at Alvarez and Marsal.
Currently, Senter is on the Board of Trustee’s for Cook Children’s Medical Center, Board of Stewards for the First United Methodist Church of Fort Worth and Advancement Committee for the Fort Worth Country Day School.
Senter has a Bachelor of Arts in political science and economics from The University of Mississippi and is a Six Sigma Green Belt.
