Attorney Timothy Davis has joined Cantey Hanger LLP as a Partner. His primary area of practice is commercial, health care and employment litigation. Davis represents a wide range of clients, from major hospitals and health liability carriers to start-ups, as well as churches and religious non-profits.

Davis is admitted to practice law in Texas, Kentucky and Ohio and in the United States District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas and Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky.

He earned his juris doctor from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Harding University in 2004. As a first-year law student, Davis won both of the law school’s oral advocacy competitions and went on to become an editor of the law review.

Davis and his wife, Lindsay, live in Southlake.
