CBRE announces that Carter Kendall, a seasoned commercial real estate professional, is the newest member of CBRE’s Land Sales Investment Team in Dallas, joining Marty Neilon and David Glasscock.

Mr. Kendall has joined CBRE as a Vice President specializing in land disposition, site selection/acquisition and advisory services in Texas.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Kendall served as the Land Acquisitions Manager for Green Brick Partners, a publicly traded residential developer and land investor. A graduate of Baylor University, he also owned Kendall Land Investors, LLC and served as the Project Manager for Land Development with DR Horton.
