
Chris Bitter, PE, ENV SP
Chris Bitter, P.E., ENV SP has been promoted to Associate-Infrastructure, according to JQ Infrastructure president and principal C. Raajan Mehta, P.E.
“Chris Bitter brings more than a decade of project management, civil engineering design and construction administration experience to our Infrastructure group,” says Mehta. “He is an integral member of our team, and this promotion reflects Chris’ contribution to JQi’s continued growth and success.”
With a focus on transportation and public works projects, Chris’ project experience includes roadway design, utility design and relocations, water/wastewater treatment, control, erosion control, construction phase services, and GIS mapping and utilization.
A graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Chris is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Texas Public Works Association (TPWA), American Water Works Association (AWWA), and the Membership Committee Chair for the North Central Chapter of Texas AWWA.
