Heritage Health Solutions, Inc. (Heritage) announces the appointment of two new members to its Board of Directors for a three year term. Joining the Board of Directors are Robert J. Rookstool, MD and Ericka Y. Dunlap. The Board also voted and reaffirmed for three years the Treasurer, Tonya Clark, MPA, CPA, who is the chief executive officer of Heritage.
Heritage, a verified Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business, provides health care delivery and management, pharmacy services, medical cost containment, and telemedicine to federal, state, county and municipal agencies. Heritage's board members have fiduciary responsibilities and guide the strategic direction of the company.

Dr. Robert Rookstool, who is a Board Certified Family Physician, has been actively involved in providing medical staff leadership, clinical and emergency medicine care for 29 years. He is currently the Emergency Department Medical Director at Island Hospital on Whidbey Island in Washington State and also serves as a Battalion Surgeon in the U.S. Naval Reserves and holds the rank of Captain.
Ms. Ericka Dunlap is chief executive officer of Crown Communications Group. She is a 15-year veteran of the public relations industry and brings to the Board proven expertise in business development, strategic marketing, and communications. In addition to being crowned as Miss America 2004, Ericka has created innovative, thought provoking public relations, and branding campaigns that amplify media reach and connect target audiences.
Heritage would like to thank outgoing Board member Dr. Ralph McAllister for his leadership and continued support of the company. Dr. McAllister had been a member of the Board since 2010.
