HNTB Announces New Officer Appointments In Texas

Promotions based on high-caliber performance, leadership and alignment to HNTB vision

HNTB Corporation announced 60 new officer appointments firmwide, including three in Texas.

Dallas:

  • Shannon McCord, public involvement and communications director, was promoted to associate vice president.


San Antonio:

  • Jeffrey Scheick, PE, group director, was promoted to associate vice president.


Houston:

  • William Torres, PE, deputy program manager, was promoted to associate vice president.


“These individuals demonstrate a tremendous amount of dedication to client service and to the success of the projects they serve,” said Keith Hinkebein, PE, HNTB Central Division president. “HNTB is pleased to recognize their leadership and contributions they make to improving mobility in Texas.”

In Texas, HNTB has worked on, or is currently involved with, some of the region’s most high-profile infrastructure projects, programs and initiatives, including serving as general engineering consultant for TxDOT’s Project Finance, Debt and Strategic Contracts Division in San Antonio; program management and construction management for the replacement of the Ship Channel Bridge for the Harris County Toll Road Authority in Houston, andproviding construction and program management services for Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.
