Tony Prenger (Bridge Street) and Marvin Walters (Eagle Ranch) have been promoted to Branch Presidents for Pinnacle Bank. Carolann Morris and Charles Ivory have joined Pinnacle Bank Place as Vice Presidents-Lending.

“I am thrilled to be a part of the East Fort Worth community and am grateful for the opportunity given by the bank’s leaders to help build the businesses and neighborhoods,” Prenger said.
Prenger graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting with emphases in Biology and Spanish from the University of Wyoming in 2009. He is on the Fort Worth Film Commission, is a board member of Trinity Habitat for Humanity and sits on the Cliburn 180s Young Professionals board. He has worked eight years for Pinnacle Bank in Keene and Fort Worth.
He is an active yogi, enjoys cooking, adventurous eating, listening to live music and enjoying Fort Worth’s cultural district.
Walters attended Oklahoma State University. He completed the Texas Bankers Association Real Estate and Commercial Lending schools and the Management Development Program as well as the Appraisal Institute’s Residential and Commercial Appraisal Training.
“I have been fortunate to work with and learn from many outstanding bankers in my career. I strive to apply those lessons to serving our customers and growing the bank the right way,” said Walters, who joined Pinnacle Bank in June 2004.
He is a member of the Rotary Club of Western Fort Worth. He enjoys traveling, cars of all types (classic to exotic), college football and serving as treasurer of his daughter’s Irish Dance school, McTeggart Irish Dancers of North Texas.
Morris manages a portfolio of all types of loans and depository accounts. She is responsible for prospecting new customers and cross-selling banking services. She most recently was a Vice President with Inwood National Bank.
She was a member of the Leadership Fort Worth class of 2016 and was among those honored by the Fort Worth Business Press as a Great Women of Texas in 2017. Morris is quite active in the community, including Children’s Charities of Fort Worth (Chair of the Fort Worth Margarita Ball), the Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Fort Worth Police Officers Foundation, Women Steering Business, Downtown Fort Worth Initiatives Festival & Events committee and Tough Stars Give Back.
Ivory joined Pinnacle Bank after five years with Southwest Bank. His responsibilities include developing and managing a portfolio of commercial loan and deposit relationships. He graduated from Centenary (La.) College in 2004 and received an MBA from Texas Christian University in 2012.
He is active with the Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council and Meals on Wheels of Tarrant County.
