The Metrocrest Services’ Board of Directors and Tracy Eubanks, president & CEO, are pleased to announce the promotion of Nicole Newkham-Binkley to Chief Operating Officer. As COO, Newkham-Binkley will be responsible for the general oversight of seasonal, family and senior programs. She will continue to oversee Development and Marketing Departments. Additionally, she will work directly with Eubanks to implement the board-approved strategic plan. 

“I am so pleased that Nicole has accepted the role of Chief Operating Officer. It is well-deserved and a result of her dedication to helping others,” said Eubanks. “Her contributions these past 8 years at Metrocrest Services and those served is immeasurable. Her expanded role will benefit Metrocrest Services and the community as a whole.”

Newkham-Binkley started as the Pantry and Volunteer Manager and moved to Sr. Director of Development & Community Engagement in 2013.  She has been instrumental in the growth of the agency.  Her milestones include creating the Sack Summer Hunger program, enhancing the Back to School Extravaganza and increasing development efforts to fulfill the mission of the organization.

She is an active leader in the Metrocrest Community. Binkley is a graduate of Leadership Metrocrest, Chair-elect for the Farmers Branch Chamber of Commerce and member of Junior League of Dallas.

In addition, after 5 years with Metrocrest Services, Mike Harris, will be promoted to Director of Development.
