CrossFirst Bank announces the addition of two senior leaders to its credit department. Randy Rapp has been hired as CrossFirst’s Chief Credit Officer, reporting to George Jones, CEO of CrossFirst Bankshares, Inc. Lloyd Stone has been hired as a Senior Credit Risk Officer, reporting to Rapp. Both Rapp and Stone joined CrossFirst in March.
“Given our expected growth, our ability to promote from within and hire new talent remains increasingly evident and important,” said Jones. “We are excited to add Randy and Lloyd to our team as they are both outstanding leaders who we expect to drive our credit operations and processes to maintain our high quality, balanced risk loan portfolio. I’ve worked with both men previously and know that they share the vision, client focus and entrepreneurial spirit to help CrossFirst Bank.”
Randy Rapp
Rapp will lead, manage and oversee all aspects of the CrossFirst Credit Team. Rapp is filling the role opened when Tom Robinson was promoted to Chief Risk Officer. Tom served as the Bank’s Chief Credit Officer for the past eight years.

Rapp earned a BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA in Finance from Texas Christian University. He is also a licensed CPA.
“I am thrilled to join CrossFirst Bank and help support the continued growth of the organization,” said Rapp. “The bank has an outstanding leadership team and is poised to become one of the region’s more nimble and service-oriented institutions.”
