DALLAS, Dec. 09, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Primoris Services Corporation (NASDAQ Global Select: PRIM) today announced that Brian Pratt has informed the Board of Directors of his plan to step down as a Director of the Company at the adjournment of the next regularly scheduled Board meeting in February 2020. Mr. Pratt has served as a Director since May 2019, and he served as Chairman of the Board from August 2015 to May 2019. From 1983 to August 2015, Mr. Pratt served as the President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Primoris and its predecessor, ARB, Inc.
