Bryan Parker and Christy Means Vasiliou
Parker will transfer to Leasing while Vasiliou joins team to oversee asset and property management.
The Dallas office of Duke Realty (NYSE: DRE), the largest domestic-only, pure-play logistics property REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) in the United States, announces that Bryan Parker has been named Vice President of Leasing and Christy Means Vasiliou has been named Regional Vice President of Asset Management.
Parker, who previously led Duke Realty’s three-market regional asset management team, is transferring to a Dallas leasing role. In his new position, he will help lease and maintain occupancy in Duke Realty‘s existing 16.8 million-square-foot Dallas portfolio and identify and secure new development opportunities.
Vasiliou joins Duke Realty with more than 20 years’ experience in asset and property management and will fill Parker’s previous role. In her position, she will oversee the overall operation of Duke Realty’s nearly 30 million-square-foot, multi-site property portfolio in Dallas, Houston and St. Louis, including asset management, budgeting, communications, personnel supervision, and client relations functions.

Parker joined Duke Realty in 2004 as a Property Manager in its Raleigh office and transferred to Dallas in 2007. Prior to joining Duke Realty, he was a commissioned Field Artillery Officer in the U.S. Army. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Texas A&M University and is a member of BOMA.
Vasiliou’s career includes serving as Managing Director of Asset Services at Cushman & Wakefield and property management positions with three other real estate companies. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Baylor University and is a CPM Candidate from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
