Dream Captured Event Design LLC has leased 7,000 sf of warehouse space at 4301A Lindbergh Dr., Addison, from 4301-21 Lindbergh Ltd. Brian Pafford, executive vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services; Ryan Coretz, broker associate; and Susan Singer, executive vice president, represented the landlord in the direct deal.

Safeguard Termite & Pest Services has leased 1,820 sf of warehouse space at 4308 Sunbelt Dr., Addison, from Kennington Sunbelt LLC.
