Colliers International welcomes Jonathan Horowitz to its Houston retail advisors team as senior vice president. Colliers' retail advisors are a collaborative team that help their clients define, implement and execute retail strategies utilizing innovative solutions to meet their clients needs, goals and timelines. They understand that building and strengthening a brand by finding the right location, at the right time plays an integral part in the business' success.

Jonathan Horowitz specializes in the retail sector with a particular emphasis on hospitality concepts, with experience in every facet of the restaurant industry, from concept development to daily operations to planning for growth. Jonathan previously held the chief brand officer position, at Lasco Enterprises, after his time as the chief operating officer. Most recently, Jonathan served as the chief executive officer of Legacy Restaurants and he is also the founder of Convive Hospitality Consulting.

Convive was created to provide assistance to both new and established hospitality businesses from beginning to end with concept development, real estate selection and continuing with build-out, operations and planning for future growth.

As a 30 year resident of Houston with over 15 years of hospitality experience, Jonathan is an active member of some of Houston's most prominent restaurant focused associations. He is a part of the Greater Houston Restaurant Association and sits on the Executive Committee of the Texas Restaurant Association board. Jonathan graduated from Rice University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He is also an attorney with his Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law.
