NAI Partners’ Investment Fund platform is pleased to announce the sale of Leghorn Service Center, a three-building, 66,530-sq.-ft. industrial park in Houston. NAI acquired the assets in 2019 through NAI Investment Fund II. The JLL team of Charlie Strauss, Trent Agnew and Katherine Miller acted as the listing broker in the transaction and procured the buyer, a local private investment group.
