The New Jersey office of Avison Young announced it has arranged a 223,000-square-foot long term lease extension of the U.S. global distribution center for Epiroc USA, across Buildings A and B at 815 Enterprise Road in Allen, TX, a suburb of Dallas.

An Avison Young team led by PrincipalEd English alongside Principals Ron Ganter and Tom Giannone and Associate Paul Errigo represented the tenant in the negotiations with the help of AY’s local market expert, Mike McElwee. Nick Thomas of Prologis Dallas represented the property owner in-house.
