DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Crow Holdings announced today that Matt Hard has been appointed as Managing Director of the Mid-Atlantic region for the firm’s multifamily development company, Trammell Crow Residential (TCR). Hard will be responsible for multifamily development in Washington D.C., Northern Virginia, and Maryland. He succeeds Robbie Brooks, who is relocating to Raleigh, North Carolina to open Crow Holdings’ development company’s 15th national office.

In the Mid-Atlantic region, TCR currently owns more than 1,000 apartment homes across The Batley in Washington, D.C., Alexan Earl in Arlington, VA, and Alexan Old Town in Alexandria, VA, with another 710 units under development or in its pipeline.

With more than seven years of experience in the Maryland and D.C. area, Hard most recently served as Vice President at LCOR Inc, where he was responsible for urban mixed-use development projects in the metro Washington, D.C. area.
