FloorFound, an Austin, TX-based developer of a service that facilitates returns and resales of oversized products for e-commerce retailers, raised $4m in seed funding.

The round was led by LiveOak Venture Partners.

The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.

Led by Founder and CEO Chris Richter, FloorFound provides a software platform for modern retailers to manage the collection, inspection, and re-sale of big and bulky items.
