Activity at the Ross Avenue Icon on the Climb in Advance of Building Renovations
Stream Realty Partners (Stream), a full-service national real estate investment, development and services company, recently completed eight lease transactions at Trammell Crow Center, a Class AA office tower located in Dallas’ Arts District at 2001 Ross Avenue.
These transactions totaled more than 86,000 square feet of leasing volume and exemplify Trammell Crow Center’s focus on maintaining the highest quality tenant base across a diverse range of industries.

Raymond James & Associates, Inc., renewed 28,138 square feet. Stream’s Ramsey March, Sara Terry and Will Madden represented the landlord in the transaction. Todd Brandon with DTZ Americas, Inc. represented the tenant.
Cambridge Associates LLC extended their 15,661 square foot lease. Stream’s Ramsey March, Sara Terry and Scott Sowanick represented the landlord in the transaction. Russell Cosby and Brooke Armstrong with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) represented the tenant.
FTI Consulting, Inc., renewed 14,577 square feet. Stream’s Ramsey March, Sara Terry and Will Madden represented the landlord in the transaction. Greg Biggs and Jeremy McGown with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) represented the tenant.
Hoefer Wysocki Architects LLC signed a 7,673 square foot expansion. Stream’s Ramsey March, Sara Terry and Scott Sowanick represented the landlord in the transaction. Neal Puckett with CBRE represented the tenant.
Trinity Hunt Management, L.P. renewed 7,540 square feet. Stream’s Ramsey March, Sara Terry and Scott Sowanick represented the landlord in the transaction. Josh White and Robert Zale with CBRE, Inc., represented the tenant.
Navigant Consulting, Inc. extended their 5,411 square foot lease. Stream’s Ramsey March, Sara Terry and Scott Sowanick represented the landlord in the transaction. Mike Wyatt and Robbie Baty with Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
Interior Architects, Inc. leased 5,356 square feet. Stream’s Ramsey March and Sara Terry represented the landlord in the transaction. Mike Cleary with CBRE represented the tenant.
Americo Financial Life and Annuity Insurance Company leased 1,759 square feet. Stream’s Ramsey March, Sara Terry and Scott Sowanick represented the landlord in the transaction. Sanders Thompson with Transwestern represented the tenant.
