Greysteel, a national commercial real estate investment services firm, has arranged the sale of The Edmundton Apartments, a multifamily property located in Fort Worth, TX.

This transaction was arranged by Greysteel Managing Director, Boyan Radic, Senior Director, Doug Banerjee, Investment Associate, Andrew Mueller, and Junior Investment Associates, Ryan Hill and Andrew Hanson, who are all based in the Company’s Dallas-Fort Worth office.

The Edmundton Apartments, located at 5601 Birchman Avenue, is a two-story multifamily property that was built in 1968 and totals 20 units. The property rests on 0.43 acres and the seller completed renovations in 2015 including wood-look vinyl flooring, brushed nickel features, upgraded bathroom vanities and toilets, upgraded appliance packages, a new irrigation system, and replacement of 15 of the 20 HVAC units.

The multifamily property is in the Cultural District along the Camp Bowie Corridor, which has undergone an urban revival in the last decade. The area is known to have the finest museum collections in the country including the Amon Carter Museum, Modern Art Museum, Kimbell Art Museum, Cattle Raisers Museum, Science and History Museum, and the National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame.
