Greysteel, a national commercial real estate investment services firm, has arranged agency financing for the acquisition of the Green House Apartments, a multifamily property located in Arlington, TX on behalf of 2405 East Park Row Drive, LLC.
The 10-year non-recourse Fannie Mae loan, provided by an agency lender, features a fixed-rate of 4.45% and an 83% loan-to-cost ratio. This transaction was negotiated by Greysteel Senior Director, Anton Mattli, and Finance Associate, John Marshall Doss, who are both based in the Company’s Dallas-Fort Worth, TX office.
The Green House Apartments, located at 2405 East Park Row Drive, was built in 1966 and totals 40 units.
“We were able to successfully secure the buyers first agency loan with maximum leverage and closing costs included,” said Mr. Doss. “The buyer intends to make significant interior and exterior property upgrades while taking advantage of its ideal location along a major Arlington thoroughfare,” he added.
