Prior to joining Stream Realty in August 2016, Tiffini was a Property Manager with Hines of Houston, Texas. She was responsible for the operations and management of The RIM a mixed-use power center containing 1.8 million square feet of retail. The Rim is known within the San Antonio market as the premier critical mass of large-format retailing and is comprised of retail, office, luxury residential, quality restaurants, globally known hotel brands and several entertainment venues. In addition, to her direct management of 1.8 million square feet of retail, she was responsible for the oversight of 600,000 square feet of construction development and for hiring and supervision of the property management staff.

Tiffini’s twenty years of real estate management includes retail, office, industrial and multi-family management, for existing, new and redevelopment of properties for several national& global developers including Thomas Enterprises, Endeavor Real Estate Group and Trammell Crow Company.
