9/29/16

CycleBar, Premium Indoor Cycling Studio, to Hold Free Rides in Weeks Leading Up to Grand Opening

CycleBar®, a new concept in premium indoor cycling that offers a high energy workout in a concert-like atmosphere, will open on October 24 at 5924 Convair Drive, Suite 440, in the new Watersideplaza. In addition to grand opening specials, CycleBar Waterside has invited the Fort Worth community to try a CycleBar class for free in the weeks leading up to the opening. The studio is one of 100 CycleBar studios to open to riders in 2016.

From October 13 through October 23, CycleBar Waterside will hold its CycleBlast™ free ride event in celebration of the grand opening. The CycleBlast free ride event gives the community an opportunity to get a sneak peek of the CycleBar studio before the doors officially open by participating in one of 50 free classes offered over 10 days. Registration is required and offered first-come, first-serve at https://waterside.cyclebar.com.

“CycleBar offers something for everyone,” said Carly Weyand, franchise owner. “Whether you’re a long time fitness enthusiast or just looking to get into something new, CycleBar Waterside will provide an energetic and inspiring place for you to belong. We look forward to bringing the CycleBar program to Fort Worth this October!”

The 3,000 square foot studio, owned locally by mother-in-law and daughter-in-law duo Carly Weyand and TK Campbell, will offer riders a low-impact and high-intensity exercise method. CycleBar offers a pay-per-class model, with no membership necessary. Concierge service and amenities include free towels, showers, lockers, shoes and much more.

The dynamic classes take place in a state-of-the-art CycleTheatre® and are led by CycleStar™ instructors who take participants through a 50-minute high-energy ride. The CycleTheatre features tiers for 48 bikes plus LED lighting, wide-screen graphics and state-of-the-art audio with a DJ booth. Riders can also track performance data via CycleStats™ and can download music used in the class session. After class, riders cool down with fresh fruit and enhanced water, while aromatherapy helps guests relax throughout the facility.

CycleBar also does more than just help people stay in shape, it gives them the opportunity to work out to support a cause through philanthropic CycleGiving™ events that regularly take place at the studios. In 2015, CycleBar supported Susan G. Komen to raise funds for breast cancer awareness, the American Heart Association to raise funds for heart disease research and prevention and The Movember Foundation to raise awareness for men’s health and well-being.
