Caffey will continue as President of CBRE’s Texas-Oklahoma Division

CBRE Group, Inc. announces that Michael Caffey is assuming executive responsibility for the company’s Latin America business. As President of the Texas-Oklahoma Division, Mr. Caffey also oversees CBRE’s business in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana.

Mr. Caffey will partner with CBRE’s Latin America leaders to drive growth and exceptional client outcomes across business lines. In this role, Mr. Caffey will be responsible for 13 CBRE owned offices in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Panama, Peru and Venezuela.

Mr. Caffey has led CBRE’s Texas-Oklahoma division since 2011 with responsibility for the strategic direction and performance of all lines of business in the division’s 12 market areas.
