Stream Realty Partners secured the sale of the Greendale Office Center in Richardson, Texas. The 30,712-square-foot property is located in the Richardson Telecom Corridor at 2175-2185 N. Glenville Drive. Stream’s Jordan McFarland and James Mantzuranis represented the seller, Central Security Life Insurance Company, while Steven Schneider with Site Selection Group represented the buyer, Cool River Enterprises, LLC.
