Leases

  • Integrated Mechanical and Electrical Services leased 9,003 square feet at 2210 Hutton Drive. Blake Kendrick and Mackenzie Ford with Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, Atlas Dallas Industrial, while Luke Davis with Stream Realty Partners represented the tenant.
  • CiCi Enterprises, L.P. leased 17,410 square feet at Plaza 5601, 5601 Executive Dr. in Irving. Nathan Durham with Transwestern represented the landlord, CRE 5601, LLC. Tim Terrell and Tyler Maner with Stream Realty Partners represented the tenant.
  • Diebold, Incorporated leased 13,282 square feet at Freeport Office Center III, 8700 Freeport Pky., Ste 155 in Irving. Matt Wieser and Tim Terrell with Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, Principal Life Insurance Company. Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.


Sales

  • Mackenzie Ford and Luke Davis with Stream Realty Partners represented Animal Intrusion Systems Holding Company in the building sale of 3330 N. Beach Street in Haltom City, Texas.
  • M & S Investment Partnership purchased 5.74 acres at 2501 Weir St. in Dallas from Koch-Glitsch, L.P. Colliers International represented the seller and Hanes Chatham with Stream Realty Partners represented the buyer.
