Leases

• Central Engineering Supply Company leased 11,016 square feet at Brookhollow Commerce Center - Building 6, located at 4851-4871 Sharp Street in Dallas. Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, TA and Associates. Jason Moser with Stream Realty Partners represented the tenant.

• ATC Transportation LLC leased 75,676 square feet at 12750 Perimeter Drive in Dallas. Matt Dornak and Ryan Wolcott with Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, DRA Advisors. Hanes Chatham with Stream Realty Partners represented the tenant.

Sales

• Animal Intrusion Systems Holding Company, LLC sold its 7,687-square-foot building at 3330 N. Beach Street in Haltom City to DFH Transportation Services, LLC. Luke Davis and Mackenzie Ford with Stream Realty Partners represented the seller.

• H&A Brothers L.P. purchased the 58,989-square-foot building located at 1501 Luna Road, 1501 Luna Rd. in Carrollton, Texas, from Nu Vista Series 1D, LLC. Lee & Associates, L.P. represented the seller and Ryan Boozer with Stream Realty Partners represented the buyer.
