Leases

  • TJ Inspection, Inc. leased 14,760 square feet at Richardson Business Center, 655 N. Glenville Dr., Ste 155 in Richardson. Holt Lunsford Commercial, Inc. represented the landlord, Atlas 35-75 Industrial, L.P. Corbin Stall with Stream Realty Partners represented the tenant.
  • Network Logistics Inc. renewed 26,310 square feet at 1200 N. 28th Ave. in DFW Airport. CBRE, Inc. represented the landlord, LIT HWI, L.P. Ryan Boozer with Stream Realty Partners represented the tenant.
  • Texas Draft leased 15,000 square feet at 120 S. Sylvania Ave. in Fort Worth. Kyle Poulson with Transwestern represented the landlord, 220 Sylvania Partners, LLC. Seth Koschak and Forrest Cook with Stream Realty Partners represented the tenant.
  • Akerman LLP leased 27,277 square feet at Trammell Crow Center, 2001 Ross Ave., Ste 3600 in Dallas. Ramsey March, Sara Terry and Scott Sowanick with Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, JP Morgan. CBRE represented the tenant.


Sales

  • The 112,200-square-foot building at 4520 South Buckner Boulevard in Dallas sold to The South Buckner 4520 L.P. Jason Moser, Matt Dornak, and Ryan Wolcott with Stream Realty were the brokers involved in the transaction.
  • Automated Integration purchased the 4,000-square-foot building at 10220 Forest Ln. in Dallas from Tri Venture Partners LLC. Stephen Cooper with NAI Robert Lynn represented the seller and Bob Hagewood with Stream Realty Partners represented the buyer.
