Cushman & Wakefield is pleased to announce that Dawn Zimmerman has joined the company as Operations Director of its Dallas office. She will work closely with the leadership team on overseeing day-to-day operations, setting and implementing strategies that support the group’s objectives.

Zimmerman brings deep experience, both in global operations and in the commercial real estate industry. Most recently, she was director of global corporate services and regional operations manager for Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, a post she held for more than five years. Prior to that, she spent more than nine years at CBRE, where she served as regional operations manager. In that capacity, she provided leadership in streamlining operations after CBRE acquired Trammell Crow Co.
