Stream Realty Partners, a national real estate development, services and investment firm, secured the investment sale of a 315,000-square-foot industrial facility located at 601 National Drive in Ennis, Texas. The build-to-suit warehouse, manufacturing and office facility was built in 2007 and is located 35 miles southeast of Dallas in the Outlying Ellis County Industrial Submarket, adjacent to the South Dallas Submarket. Currently, the Class-A property is 100 percent leased to Cenveo Corporation. Jamie Jennings, James Mantzuranis, Caitlin Clinton, and Cannon Green, with Stream Realty Partners represented the seller, LSREF4 Dual, LLC, in the transaction.
