Stream Realty Partners, a national real estate services, development and investment firm, has secured an 8,338-square-foot lease for Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™ at 8300 Douglas in the Preston Center submarket. The Class-A office tower is strategically located at the northeast corner of Douglas Avenue and Luther Lane in Dallas.

“Our firm is currently experiencing intense growth, which led to the ultimate decision to expand our services and relocate executives from our Los Angeles headquarters to open a third office in North Texas,” said Kyle Matthews, chairman and CEO of Matthews Real Estate Investment Services.

Todd Noonan, vice president of Stream, represented the tenant, Matthews Real Estate Investment Services in the transaction, while Ruth Griggs, leasing director of PegasusAblon, represented the landlord, Lionstone Investments.
