Gavin Walsh
Trademark Property Co., the Fort Worth-based retail and mixed-use development, investment and institutional services firm, has welcomed Gavin Walsh as senior leasing representative. With 12 years of experience in retail leasing and development, Walsh will support leasing efforts for three of Trademark’s mixed-use properties: Waterside in Fort Worth, Texas, Watters Creek in Allen, Texas, and Hillside Village in Cedar Hill, Texas.

Prior to joining Trademark, Walsh was a senior leasing representative for The Shopping Center Group in Raleigh, N.C. where he was responsible for leasing a portfolio of more than three million square feet. He also worked as a broker for Katz & Associates, completing business development and brokerage activities in North Carolina and South Carolina. Earlier in his career, he served as a Vice President for Cushman & Wakefield/Commercial Carolina and as an Associate Director for Channel Partners, LLC.
Walsh is a licensed real estate broker and member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He received his bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate Management from Western Michigan University.
