Gaedeke Group has expanded its executive teams for leasing and property management, hiring two leading professionals to spearhead and position its 3.4-million-sf, top-tier office portfolio for future growth.

Elliot Prieur has been named senior vice president of leasing to oversee efforts in Dallas/Fort Worth and Greater Phoenix. A 25-year veteran of commercial real estate, he has spent his career at Lincoln Property Co. in a variety of brokerage roles, most recently as senior vice president and market leader for the Dallas office division.

Gaedeke also hired Amanda Green as vice president of property management to oversee its portfolio of class A and AA office holdings in Arizona, Florida, Tennessee, Texas and Washington, D.C. The 15-year industry veteran most recently was director of market operations in Dallas for Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc.

"We are advancing to the next level portfolio-wise by strengthening our leasing and property management teams with these exemplary hires," says Glenn S. Lickstein, president of Dallas-based Gaedeke.

Prieur also will play an integral role in acquisitions at Gaedeke, which has been developing and buying prominent office properties in select markets and selling older, repositioned assets. At Lincoln Property, he was involved in key acquisitions and dispositions of complex commercial projects.

"When presented with the opportunity to join Gaedeke, I was most intrigued by the prospect of working within a growing platform of quality assets and the collaborative vision to create cool workplaces for tomorrow," Prieur says. "Through the years, LPC provided me with many  experiences and success with its strong leadership, people and unique team culture, but it was time for a change."

Prieur is active in the Real Estate Council, NAIOP and ULI. His civic ties include The Rise School, American Red Cross and Christ the King Catholic Church in North Dallas. A New Orleans native and longtime Dallas resident, he holds a B.A. degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

"Elliot and Amanda are highly regarded professionals," Lickstein says. "As we continue to grow our best-in-class portfolio, both will provide invaluable expertise as leaders of our fully integrated teams."

Green will be responsible for coordinating property management efforts to more fully integrate Gaedeke's top-ranked tenant services, management principles and sustainable practices throughout the portfolio.

"Gaedeke is a highly respected company in the industry. They do the right thing and they do it well," Green says. "I offer a fresh set of eyes to build on what's already a great foundation with an amazing group of assets."

Green is a certified public accountant with a master's degree in accounting from Texas A&M University's Mays Business School. She also is an accredited CCIM professional, a marker of her expertise in financial, market and investment analysis and negotiation. She is a member of the CCIM North Texas Chapter, Real Estate Council and Watermark Community Church in North Dallas, where she mentors high school girls. Green has served as investment manager for Behringer Harvard, general manager for Capstar Commercial Real Estate Services and senior tax associate for Deloitte Inc.
