Strategic redevelopment of Victory Park includes new residential and retail space
CBRE has been awarded the office leasing assignment for Victory Plaza, on behalf of landlord UST Victory Park. Victory Plaza includes two Class A, five-story office buildings totaling 183,130 square feet at 3030 and 3090 Olive Street in the heart of Victory Park.
Victory Park, anchored by the American Airlines Center, is undergoing a strategic redevelopment to evolve the district by improving walkability, revamping the retail district, and adding public amenities like Katy Trail access and public art. Victory Park currently has 1,400 new residential units under development and 83,000 square feet of new dynamic restaurant and retail space coming soon, including the 750-seat Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas – Victory Park. Victory Plaza offers a rare opportunity of two full floors with up to 50,000 square feet of office space and signage opportunities available.
“Victory Plaza is in the heart of Dallas’ most accessible urban location with endless amenities. This is the ideal location to recruit and retain talent and we are thrilled to be awarded with this prestigious assignment,” said Jackie Fraker Marshall, Vice President, CBRE.
Major tenants at Victory Plaza include TM Advertising, Cumulus Media, Carson Private Capital and the Victory Park Studios of WFAA-Channel 8.
“The steps we are taking to evolve Victory Park differentiate the district from anywhere else in the Dallas office market,” said Lance Fair, COO of Estein USA and Vice President of Victory Park. “Victory Plaza offers tenants the opportunity to be a part of Victory’s revitalization, and we are excited to have the CBRE team in place.”
Ms. Marshall and Tommy Nelson with CBRE in Dallas are the exclusive office leasing advisors for Victory Plaza, on behalf of UST Victory Park.
