Larkspur Development Breaks Ground on The Row on Elsbeth

3/2/17

Larkspur Development LP recently broke ground on its newest project, The Row on Elsbeth. Located in the heart of the Bishop Arts District, The Row will feature 16 fee simple townhouses with complimentary design elements to reflect the character and history of the surrounding neighborhood, including red brick exteriors, divided light warehouse windows and gooseneck lighting. The units are scheduled for delivery in late 2017.

Designed with walkability in mind, The Row makes the most of its location in one of Dallas’ most beloved neighborhoods. The Bishop Arts District offers homeowners easy access to nearby retail stores and several of the city’s most popular dining destinations. The development is located across the street from the new Bishop Arts stop for the Dallas Streetcar, which provides direct access to downtown Dallas. Additionally, the Bishop Arts Gateway project, currently under construction adjacent to The Row, will provide a wealth of new shopping and restaurants.

Unit interiors at The Row were carefully designed to provide unparalleled industrial elegance and will include large living spaces, kitchens with quartz countertops, open shelving, custom cabinetry, hardwood floors and an abundance of natural light. Residents will also enjoy large rooftop terraces, which will serve as an extension of living space to each master suite.

Specializing in the development of niche, urban spaces, Larkspur Development is currently preselling units for additional development projects in the Fitzhugh Avenue corridor, The Quarter and The Block. The Dallas-based developer also recently completed Phase Two of The Ivy, a gated community with 34 modern townhouses, and Bennett Avenue Townhouses, also located in the Knox-Henderson corridor.
