NORTH TEXAS SALE

Northridge LLC has sold the 37,400-sf Northridge Business Center, an industrial flex building on nearly 2.5 acres at 2002-2006 TX 360 to Chapald-BC LLC. Michael W. Spain, executive vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, and Kevin J. Santaularia, president and CEO, represented the seller in the direct deal.

Randy's Holdings Ltd. has sold a 7,018-sf industrial building on 0.4 acres at 3508 Dilido Rd., Dallas, to Letronics Inc. Clint Manning, market director of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, and Ed Pachecano, senior vice president and managing partner, represented the seller in the direct deal.

NORTH TEXAS LEASES

Henry Schein Inc. has leased 25,599 sf of office space in Park Springs Place, 4025 Woodland Park Blvd., Arlington, from Transamerican Life Insurance Co. Jason Miller, vice president of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, and Michael W. Spain, executive vice president and managing partner, represented the tenant. Kurt Cherry and Shae Byers of PM Realty Group LP represented the landlord.

Beckmen Law, P.C., has leased 5,299 sf of office space in Vineyard Office Center, 1111 S. Main St., Grapevine, from Michael and Patricia Robinson. Nick Talley, senior vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services , represented the tenant. The landlord was represented by in-house executive, Linda Steinhaus.
