Philip Levy, senior managing director, and Connor Zmolik, associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.

Brookview Center is 100 percent occupied, with all leases triple-net. The 8,723 square foot building was constructed in 1985 and sits on a .59-acre lot.
