Michael J. Hansen, associate, in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a local group to Dallas, and procured the buyer, a private investor from Florida.

“The seller was able to capitalize on the hot DFW medical office market and make a significant profit from the sale,” said Hansen.

“The purchaser was able to secure a well-performing passive investment with a new 10-year, triple net lease in place, ultimately creating a win for both parties” Hansen adds.

Dallas Heart & Vascular Consultants is located at 916 East Highway 67 in Duncanville, Texas.
