NAI Partners is pleased to announce that it has promoted Chris Haro, of the company’s Industrial Services group, to Vice President.

Mr. Haro works closely with John Simons, Partner and Director of Industrial Corporate Services at NAI Partners, and Holden Rushing, Senior Vice President, on a wide array of national-in-scope industrial leasing and sales assignments. In 2019, the Simons/Rushing/Haro team ranked as the #4 top-producing team among NAI Global’s Top 5 Producer Teams Worldwide.

Mr. Haro has worked on some of the largest industrial transactions across Houston. Among his most significant recent projects is the forthcoming Southwest International Gateway Business Park, a 540-acre rail-served industrial park purpose-built for cross-border shippers. Located 60 miles southwest of Houston in El Campo, Texas, the park is designed for up to 8 million square feet of industrial space, along with full intermodal and transload capabilities.

Mr. Haro is a graduate of Texas A&M University.
