Miller Brokerage, represented Country Bible Church of Kaufman in the sale of 8.5 acres of vacant land at 2601 Kelly Boulevard in Carrollton, TX. The property is located along President George Bush Turnpike. Randall Chrisman with The Chrisman Company represented the buyer, Harlan Properties. Preliminary plans are to develop townhomes.
