The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Jeffrey Fript and Christian Mazzini. According to Mazzini, the buyer plans to make extensive renovations to the both the interior and exterior of the properties.

3rd Street Village Apartments is located at 310 Waco Avenue in League City, Texas.
