Greysteel, a national commercial real estate investment services firm, announced the promotion of Daniel Hartnett to Senior Director. Mr. Hartnett’s most recent title was Director. 

Mr. Hartnett leads TX Debt & Structured Finance Practice, providing services to our commercial clients throughout the country. Mr. Hartnett manages the TX.-based team and is responsible for arranging financing for a range of asset classes: multifamily, storage, mixed-use, retail, office, industrial, and land as well as proposed development sites. 

Since joining Greysteel at the end of 2016, Mr. Hartnett has been instrumental in the growth of the Dallas-based Capital Markets Practice. In 2019, Daniel was recognized as one of Greysteel’s Top Performers and received the prestigious President’s Club accolade (only awarded to the top 10% of professionals).

Mr. Hartnett received his B.S. in Political Science with a focus on Management & Strategic Leadership from Ohio University. Mr. Hartnett is a member of TREC and a supporter of various philanthropic organizations in the Dallas MSA.
