Houston real estate giant to add Magnolia-based team to roster of residential real estate experts in 10 counties across the Houston area
Better Homes and Gardens Gary Greene (BHGRE Gary Greene) announced today that it has acquired Century 21 Hardee-Team Realty, a long-established franchise founded and operated for 26 years by Chris Hardee. The deal was made in March and will expand their network of agents to reach the west Houston suburbs of Magnolia, Tomball, Hockley and beyond. Over 50 agents will join Gary Greene’s 1,300 agents in communities across Houston.

Hardee established the agency right out of real estate school and grew it to the success it is today. During this time, the agency has collected numerous quality service awards and has had multiple staff members receive Centurion Awards, a high honor in the Century 21 system. Hardee’s high standards for his team drew parallels to BHGRE Gary Greene’s leadership.

Due to restrictions resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, the Hardee-Team agents began their transition digitally in March, and both teams have worked to adjust to the new normal for communication. This obstacle has created the opportunity to train the agents together on new technology that will allow them to keep in contact with their communities and each other until they’re able to greet them face to face again.
